Privacy Policy

Evermore Invitations (“we”, “us”) provides digital wedding invitations. We are the controller of the personal information described in this policy. You can reach us at hello@evermoreinvitations.com.

• Your account: your email address and, if you sign in with Google, your name and profile details from Google.
• Your invitation: the names, dates, venues, wording, photos, music and other content you add.
• Your guests: the names and contact details you enter, their category and plus-one allowance, and when their invitation was sent and first opened.
• RSVPs: what guests submit — attendance, names of their party, dietary requirements, messages and answers to your questions.
• Payments: a record of your purchase. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers.
• Messages to us: anything you send through the contact form, and your email if you sign up for our emails.

• To provide your invitation, guest list and RSVP tools.
• To take payment and keep records we are legally required to keep.
• To reply to your messages and support requests.
• To send our occasional update emails, only if you've asked for them.
• To keep the service secure and prevent misuse.

We rely on performing our contract with you, our legitimate interests in running a secure service, legal obligations, and — for marketing emails — your consent.

When you add guests, you decide what information to enter and you are responsible for having a good reason to share it with us. We only use guest information to deliver your invitation and collect their RSVP. Guests only ever see their own details — never your guest list.

We never sell personal information. We use trusted providers to run the service:

• Supabase — database, sign-in and file storage.
• Stripe — payment processing.
• Google — sign-in, if you choose to use it.
• Our hosting provider, to serve the website.

Where these providers process data outside the UK, appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses are in place.

Your invitation stays online until one year after your wedding date, and never more than three and a half years after you create it. After that it is no longer available to guests. You can ask us to delete your account and its data at any time; we keep payment records for as long as the law requires.

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to make the builder work. We don't use advertising cookies.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct, delete or export your information, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent to marketing at any time. If we make significant changes we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, let you know by email.
